Veneziano Coffee Roasters, one of Australia’s leading coffee brands, was seeking to install a new coffee roasting machine and production line at their facility. The equipment, supplied by Brambati, included complex machinery and processes essential to their production of premium coffee. Veneziano’s required the installation to be complete within a very specific timeframe so as not to set their operations back.
Challenge
The most notable challenge was the Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) that were provided in Italian, meaning before we could use them, we needed to translate them for use in practical application.
The installation was also very complex and involved multiple distinct stages that all needed to be completed to the highest of standards, on time, so the client could meet its production deadlines.

Veneziano Coffee Roasters selected us based on our proven expertise with Brambati systems and previous successful installations of coffee roasters and production lines, in addition to our multidisciplinary capacity. While this project was already quite unique, adding the Italian SLDs added a new dimension, and the client trusted us to successfully deliver in line with their schedule.
How we did it

- Comprehensive process: We implemented an end-to-end installation, including bulk bag unloading, green bean storage, a 600kg coffee roaster, and packaging.
- Project coordination: We set ourselves strict deadlines within the broader project plan and seamlessly passed the baton to achieve them.
